How I Capture the "Feel" of a Home

Every home has a vibe; cozy, modern, spacious, rustic; and my goal is to capture that.

It starts with understanding the layout and flow. Where does the eye naturally go? What’s the selling point? Then I shoot to highlight those features—warm kitchen lighting, an airy living room, or rich wood tones.

Editing plays a big role, too. I avoid over-editing so that the final result feels real, not overly processed.

Buyers aren’t just buying square footage. They’re buying a feeling. My job is to show them what that feels like.
